The first phase of Reston Heights consisted of Reston Square — a 191-room Westin Hotel, a 194-unit condominium building, and a 140,000 square foot Class A office building with prominent visibility from the Dulles Toll Road. Coming soon will be the next phase of Reston Heights, which will be Reston’s newest, master planned community south of the Toll Road. This next phase of development will comprise of nearly 400 new apartments and 65,000 square feet of vibrant retail adding even more dining and shopping options to the fabric of Reston. It is estimated to deliver by 2017. Later phases of the Reston Heights development will consist of additional residences, retail and office on the horizon.
